A long-standing member of the TTM family, Cristina leads the UK Temporary team placing temporary Healthcare Assistants in a variety of settings across the UK and Northern Ireland – including in hospitals and within the community. Cristina has built a fast-paced, busy team which is a National Provider to the NHS while also working with private hospitals.
Cristina grew up in Italy, moving to the UK at age 18 where she began her studies at Lancaster University. After qualifying with a Degree in Business Management and interning at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UK, Cristina started work in recruitment. She immediately fell in love with the work and the opportunities it brings – joining TTM in 2012.
Cristina puts much of her success down to real enjoyment of helping people, and the TTM ethic of ‘Realising Potential’ truly resonates in her relationships with candidates and clients. A team player and natural organiser, Cristina has a vast and unrivalled knowledge of the industry and a real understanding of the importance of going the extra mile:
